Mechanism for adjusting the screen surface of parasols. Technical range
The invention relates to the technical field of a kind of parasol for outdoor use, in particular a kind of mechanism for adjusting the screen surface of a parasol.
Technical background
Umbrellas are among the utensils for outdoor leisure pursuits and are frequently used in leisure locations such as in public places, on the beach, in parks, such as courtyards, to offer people a pleasant place to cool off.
The position of the screen surfaces of the currently used parasols is usually stationary and cannot be adjusted, but follows the wind direction as well as the angle of solar radiation. If the angle of the screen surface in this context could also be adjusted, excellent protection against the sun and against the wind would thereby be achieved. In order to meet this demand, adjustable parasols have recently been introduced, such as the Chinese patent number 201020250969.1 "A mechanism for regulating the screen surface of parasols". This comprises a parasol mounted on the pole of the parasol. and a housing connected to the sloping mast A groove is provided in the axial system of said straight mast, a rod with a rack and pinion mechanism, hereinafter referred to as a rod rod, is built in. , with the characteristics: The other end of the lock is axially connected to the upper end of the push button The middle part of the push button is rotatably installed in the housing A supporting spring is located between the lower end of the push button and the housing However, this nature mechanism can only be used in umbrellas with straight masts, but not in umbrellas in which the arm is mounted bows.
Content of the invention
The essential technical problem to be solved by the present invention for the above-mentioned current technical state is to provide a kind of mechanism with simple construction and with comfortable operation that is furthermore suitable for adjusting the surface of parasols with bent arms.
The technical designs used in the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem are: a kind of mechanism for adjusting the surface of parasols, which comprises a parasol built-in on the curved arm of the parasol and with the parasol's mast and the curved arm of the parasol. parasol-connected housing. The upper end of the mast is connected by means of the housing to the lower end of the large bent arm. The outside of the said large curved arm forms the opposite side of the dimensions corresponding to the inside of the curved arm. Said curved arm is movably attached to the large curved arm by means of the housing, the upper end of which is connected to the parasol carrier. Its characteristics are: A longitudinal groove is provided on the opposite side of the said large bent arm. A toothed bar is attached inside this groove. In the middle part of the inside of the said bent arm, a locking unit is mounted which is coupled with the teeth on the top of the toothed rod. One end of the locking unit is connected to the key by a cable. With the help of the key the locking unit is moved and disengaged from the toothed bar, whereby the bent arm can be adjusted.
As an improvement, the latch unit includes a latch, a latch mounting plate, and a spring. Arranged in the middle part of said locking attachment plate is an attachment bore locking the upper end of the locking bolt and allowing movement up and down. A spring supports between the upper end of the bolt and the bolt mounting plate and causes the bolt to move completely down and engage with the teeth of the toothed bar.
As an improvement, connection holes are provided on either side of the said locking attachment plate, which holes are firmly connected to the inside of the bent arm by means of screws. On the said bent arm there is an opening which matches the mounting holes on the locking plate. One end of said cable is guided through the fixing holes of the locking plate and firmly connected to the upper end of the locking bolt. The other end of the cable is guided through the opening of the curved arm as well as the inner holes and connected to the key attached to the lower end of the curved arm.
As a further improvement, the said housing consists of the opposite straight mounting plate and the left mounting plate. There are several through holes in the left and right mounting plate for the connection to the large curved arm and the mast. Appropriate screw holes are provided on the sides of the said large curved arm and the mast. When said left-hand mounting plate and right-hand mounting plate enclose the curved arm, the large curved arm and the mast, they are mounted on the large curved arm and the mast with screws. In addition, on the inside at the lower end of the right-hand mounting plate a roll is balanced with the inside of the bent arm.
As a still further improvement, a handwheel housing is mounted at the lower end of said bent arm. The aforementioned handwheel housing consists of a right-hand housing that matches the left housing. A cavity is formed in the front part by connecting the left housing to the right housing. A handle is formed in the rear section. In addition, a guide groove is formed on the inner wall of the handwheel housing to feed the cable. Said key rotatably defines the inner portion of the handle attached to the rear end of the handwheel housing. An axle bore is provided at the lower end of the key and is rotatably connected to the lower part of the handle opening by means of a pin. Moreover, there is an elastic part between the upper middle part of the key and the inner wall of the handle opening.
For improvement, a cable coil connected to the parasol cable is mounted within the cavity of the said handwheel housing in order to be able to attach the plug housing of the cable coil and the guide roller.
Finally, the lower end of the mast is installed on a pivot plate of the parasol base.
Compared with the current state of the art, the present invention has the following advantages: A toothed bar is mounted in the large bent arm and a locking mechanism cooperating with the toothed rod is mounted on the bent arm. In the application, only the key has to be pressed to move the locking mechanism with the aid of the cable and to disengage it from the toothed rod, whereby the parasol surface can be adjusted by the movement of the bent arm. In addition, a wheel balanced with the inside of the curved arm is attached, which ensures that the up and down movement of the curved arm is even simpler and more comfortable. The construction method of the present invention is simple, the application comfortable and the costs are low. The distribution pays off.
